Cruise day tour from port of Civitavecchia
Our driver will pick you up at the port of Civitavecchia in a new Mercedes Van, taking you to the center of Rome (optionally you can take a train to Termini station), where you will meet your guide. You will enjoy a 3 hours walking tour (for other option see below), during which we will visit the impressive Trevi fountain, the temple of Emperor Hadrian, the monumental Pantheon, we will also reach the colorful Piazza Navona with Bernini’s Fountain of the four rivers and the Campo di Fiori square. During the tour we will stop to taste the best ice cream in Rome, a sip of the best coffee in the city and samples of local limoncello. After a free time of about two hours for lunch, the driver will pick you up to take you back towards the port of Civitavecchia. If you are already familiar with the city center, we will be happy to prepare a proposal for a tour of the ancient Rome area and the Colosseum (with or without entrance to the sites), a golf cart tour (for those who have difficulty walking or those who want to rest a bit), or even a tour of the Vatican Museum or on a Segway tour around the city.
Cost and details
* Private shuttle service to and from the port is available at the cost of 160 Euro for each direction (320 Euro back and forth) for up to 7 passengers in a single van, or participants can take the train from the port to Termini station in Rome.
* You can pre-order a tour that includes entrance to paid sites (Colosseum and Roman Forum or Vatican Museum) or a vehicle accompanied tour (golf cart, Segway, van) by prior arrangement and with an additional cost for tickets or renting the various car/Segway/golf cart.
* For groups of over 10 participants, the service includes a one way radio system for all participants.
* The cost of the tour – 250 Euros for up to 4 participants, or 350 Euro for up to 7 participants (for a 3 hours walking tour of the city center only, for other options, please indicate on the order form which additions or changes you would like and we will be happy to prepare a price quote for you).
